Implants
All-on-4 Dental Implants
A full arch on four implants
Led by Dr Justin Soon, our team has restored smiles for hundreds of Western Australian patients using this full-arch technique. Four implants replace a whole jaw of teeth, with the two at the back placed at an angle so they anchor into the densest available bone.
That angled placement is the reason All-on-4 often avoids bone grafting altogether. It works with the bone you already have instead of rebuilding what you have lost, which shortens the treatment and reduces the cost.
Whether you are dealing with severe decay, a failing bridge or dentures that will not stay put, All-on-4 gives you a fixed set of teeth that you clean like natural teeth and never take out.
Digital planning and a custom design
Your new teeth are designed digitally to match your facial proportions, not just to fill the gap. We plan the implant positions from your CBCT scan and design the bridge around the shape of your face, your lip line and how you bite.
Our Yokine clinic runs a 3D scanner, a CBCT cone beam scanner and a 3D printer on site, which keeps the planning, the temporary teeth and the adjustments in one building.
How the treatment runs
- 1
Free consultation and assessment
A CBCT scan and an examination establish whether All-on-4 is right for you and what your case needs. You leave with a written quote.
- 2
Digital design
We plan implant positions and design your new arch before surgery day, so the result is predictable rather than improvised.
- 3
Surgery and temporary teeth
Any failing teeth are removed, four implants are placed, and a fixed temporary bridge goes on. You leave with teeth.
- 4
Final bridge
After healing, your definitive zirconia or titanium bridge is fitted and adjusted until the bite is right.

Common questions
Does Medicare or private health insurance cover All-on-4?
Medicare does not cover dental implants in most cases, as dental care is generally excluded. Private health insurance provides limited coverage, typically $1,000 to $3,000 a year toward major dental work depending on your policy level.
Can I sleep with All-on-4 implants?
Yes. The bridge is fixed in place and stays in permanently. You sleep, eat and clean with it exactly as you would with natural teeth.
How long does All-on-4 treatment take?
You leave the surgery appointment with a fixed temporary bridge. The final bridge is usually fitted a few months later, once the implants have integrated with the bone.
How do I clean All-on-4?
Brushing twice a day, a water flosser and a superfloss threaded under the bridge will cover most of it. We show you the technique at your fit appointment and check it at every review.
