Two ways to do it

A removable overdenture clips onto the implants and comes out for cleaning. It is the more affordable option and a large improvement on a denture held in by suction alone.

A fixed implant-retained denture is secured in place and only removed by your dentist. It feels closer to natural teeth and requires no adhesive, but it costs more and needs more implants.

Both are a significant step up from a conventional lower denture, which is the one most patients struggle with because there is far less ridge for it to grip.
