I chose this clinic because of the reviews and also, as I had attended Physiotherapy appointments in the same building, I had seen the team in action on many occasions. Having had a bad experience with a routine filling many years ago, I was filled with dread at the prospect of having an old one removed and replaced. Dr Shalaka was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and explained some options that could be taken if necessary and we proceeded with the treatment. She was very gentle and reassuring and, even better, all went well. The added bonuses I went in on time and the rates are very reasonable. I am really happy that I have made the move to this practice.
So I lost an old filling at 6pm dental flossing. I rang Radiant Smiles, the receptionist booked me in for 9.15pm. It was very busy but I was seen to 15 mins after my appointment time. I had an xray and found my tooth was pretty bad decayed showing nerve. I have a fear of the dentist and have panic attacks, but David the dentist was so kind, not pushy with my options. I ended up having two fillings. I am very grateful to these guys for such short notice before Christmas and being so gentle and caring. Pricing was very good also, not expensive as you’d think being an after hours dental. Thank you so much!
